Q: Do you accept custom 3D printing requests?
A: Yes! We specialize in custom and personalized 3D prints. Reach out through our contact us page with your idea, and we’ll get back to you with a timeline and quote.

Q: What materials do you use for your prints?
A: We primarily use PLA and PETG, but other materials may be available upon request for custom orders.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, we may have already started production.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping method. See our Shipping Policy for more details.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No, sorry, we do not ship worldwide at this time.
