3. Photographs & Intellectual Property
- Usage Rights: Photographs provided to Harle Tech are strictly used for the production of your order. We do not claim ownership of your images.

- Retention Period: Customer-uploaded photographs are retained for 60 days following the completion and dispatch of your order. This allows us to handle potential re-orders, replacements, or print quality inquiries.
- Automatic Deletion: After the 60-day window expires, all high-resolution image files associated with your order are permanently deleted from our primary servers and production storage systems.
- Immediate Erasure Requests: You have the right to request the immediate deletion of your uploaded photographs at any time after receiving your order by contacting us at info@harle.tech.
4. Data Retention & Security
We employ industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of your personal details and media files.
- Customer Images: Customer-provided photographs are securely stored during the production process. Images are retained for a limited period after order completion (e.g., [30/60/90] days) to handle potential replacements or re-orders, after which they are permanently deleted from our primary production servers.
- Contact Information: Email addresses and phone numbers are retained as part of your account or transactional history for standard record-keeping and accounting purposes.
5. Sharing Information with Third Parties
Harle Tech does not sell, rent, or trade your email address, phone number, or photographs to third parties for marketing purposes. We only share necessary data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business, such as:
