At Harle Tech 3D Printers, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, securely, and affordably. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle orders.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within [2–5 business days] after receiving payment confirmation. This includes time for production, packaging, and preparing for shipment. Please check the website for the latest updates on processing time.

Note: Custom or made-to-order items may take longer. We’ll notify you by email if there’s a delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume or carrier issues beyond our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Harle Tech 3D Printers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

We take care in packaging your items securely, but if your package is lost or arrives damaged:

Please contact us at info@harle.tech within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and photos of the damaged item/packaging if applicable.
We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.

6. International Shipping Disclaimer

We do not currently fulfil international orders.

International shipments may be subject to additional fees, import restrictions, or customs clearance delays. Please check with your local customs office before placing an international order.
